These terms define what Truth Compiler services provide, what they do not provide, ownership and confidentiality rules, and the permitted use of customer data.
Massive Magnetics provides evidence-oriented analytical services including Repository Reality Scans, Full Repository Audits, remediation, continuous repository governance, Business Financial Reality Audits, Personal Financial Reality Audits, and Knowledge Capital Audits. Scope is determined by the purchased product, intake information, accessible evidence, and any written scope agreed with the customer.
Truth Compiler separates observed evidence from inference and unknowns. A PASS, VERIFIED, PRESENT, PARTIAL, FAIL, UNSUPPORTED, CONFLICTING, REVIEW-ONLY, or UNKNOWN state is a conclusion about the evidence available within the stated scope and time—not a universal guarantee about every possible external fact, future event, hidden system, undisclosed record, or undiscovered vulnerability.
You represent that you are authorized to provide the repository, records, files, public-source identifiers, or other evidence submitted for analysis. You must not direct us to bypass access controls, obtain data unlawfully, impersonate another person, or process material you are not authorized to provide.
Deliverables may include claim registers, evidence manifests, contradiction registers, reality maps, status classifications, risk or priority queues, remediation recommendations, financial observations, knowledge-capital rankings, and integrity/audit receipts. Format and depth vary by product tier and evidence availability.
You retain ownership of your pre-existing customer content, private repositories, financial records, business records, inventions, and other materials you lawfully provide. Massive Magnetics retains ownership of Truth Compiler software, scoring and evaluation methods, prompts, schemas, templates, workflow logic, automation, general know-how, and pre-existing intellectual property.
After full payment, you may use, copy, share, and commercially rely on your customer-specific final report for your own lawful purposes, subject to any third-party rights in underlying source material. This license does not transfer ownership of the Truth Compiler engine or its reusable methods.
Non-public customer evidence is treated as confidential service data and is not published as a customer-identifiable case study without permission. We may disclose confidential information to service providers or processors only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, bill, or legally operate the service, subject to applicable obligations.
You grant Massive Magnetics permission to use lawfully public-source evidence and de-identified/aggregated operational measurements to evaluate, secure, benchmark, and improve Truth Compiler. This includes non-identifying error patterns, latency, feature-use measurements, evaluation scores, and derived statistical patterns that cannot reasonably be linked back to your confidential asset.
This permission does not grant an unrestricted license to train shared models on raw private repositories, raw personal financial records, credentials, account numbers, unpublished inventions, or other sensitive/private customer content. Those uses require separate affirmative permission unless processing is necessary to deliver, verify, secure, support, or legally operate the service.
Never send online-banking credentials, complete card credentials, secret authentication tokens, or credentials that enable transactions. Financial analysis should be performed on statements, exports, authorized ledger data, public filings, and other bounded records. Customers remain responsible for redacting evidence not necessary to the requested analysis.
Massive Magnetics may publish audits of lawfully public repositories, SEC filings, public-company disclosures, government records, or other public materials as demonstrations, provided the analysis distinguishes observed evidence from inference and links to the public source where practicable. Publication does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the subject.
Prices are shown at checkout. Repository Reality Scan customers may use the designated scan-to-full upgrade path where eligible. Continuous governance is recurring and continues until canceled according to Stripe subscription controls and applicable law. Remediation work is bounded by the fixed-price scope; major redesign, unbounded feature development, paid third-party services, or work outside the purchased scope may require a separate agreement.
If a service cannot begin because required evidence or authorized access is not supplied, we may request corrected intake, agree on a reduced scope, or address a refund as appropriate to the circumstances. Completed analytical work is generally not refundable merely because a customer dislikes an evidence-supported conclusion. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.
The Privacy & Customer Data Rights Policy is incorporated into these terms. It describes collection, use, improvement rights, retention criteria, sensitive-data restrictions, and procedures for access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, and applicable opt-out rights.
Truth Compiler outputs are not intended to be the sole basis for decisions that determine a natural person's eligibility for credit, housing, employment, insurance, medical care, criminal justice outcomes, or other legally protected high-stakes opportunities. A human decision-maker and applicable legal process must govern those uses.
Software repositories, finances, regulations, markets, and public records change. An audit represents the bounded evidence state at the time of analysis. New commits, transactions, filings, documents, tests, disclosures, or external events may change a conclusion. Continuous governance exists for customers who need recurring re-verification.
