Local processing
The application reads supported audio from the folder the customer selects and writes its SQLite state, logs, and reports to separate customer-controlled locations. It does not include an audio-upload feature, advertising tracker, account system, or cloud catalog sync.
What reports contain
Catalog outputs may contain filenames, relative paths, byte sizes, timestamps, SHA-256 hashes, embedded music metadata, technical audio properties, and bounded errors. These fields can reveal private project names or workflow details. Customers should store and share reports deliberately.
Guided support
A customer may choose screen-sharing or email support. Screen sharing can expose whatever the customer displays, including paths and metadata. Support emails may contain contact details, operating-system information, error text, or logs the customer chooses to provide. Do not email source audio, passwords, secret keys, or cloud-drive credentials.
Checkout
When active, checkout is hosted by Stripe and governed by Stripe's privacy and payment terms. Massive Magnetics receives the order and contact information needed to verify payment, schedule the session, deliver support, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records. Massive Magnetics does not need full card credentials.
Retention and reuse
Customer audio is not collected by default. Support messages and order records are retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, disputes, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Customer-identifiable filenames, reports, or private catalog information will not be published as a testimonial or case study without separate permission. De-identified operational facts may be used to improve reliability.
Your choices
You control the source folder, local database, reports, and what is shown during support. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of reasonably retrievable personal information held by Massive Magnetics, subject to transaction, security, legal, and other permitted exceptions.
