Information you provide
The site may let you submit an email address, mobile number, and SMS consent after you have already chosen to engage with music. The current homepage does not block the first outbound music click with a contact form. A later music click may show the optional capture prompt. A phone number is not submitted unless the SMS consent box is checked.
Interaction data
The site records limited interaction events in the visitor's browser, including event name, session identifier, clicked destination, funnel path/stage, page path, timestamp, referrer, and UTM campaign fields when present in the page URL. The current local-first event ledger keeps up to 2,000 events in localStorage. Session storage is used for the random session identifier and temporary flags such as music-engagement count and whether the capture prompt has already been shown in the current session. The session identifier is not an account identity and the event ledger does not intentionally store form-message contents, passwords, payment-card data, or analytics admin credentials.
Analytics coverage
Major public site surfaces use the same event schema so page views, revenue-path clicks, music clicks, checkout starts, and related funnel events can be analyzed consistently. The current deployment is browser-local: events stay in each visitor's browser unless a future HTTPS first-party analytics collector is explicitly configured. The owner analytics dashboard therefore does not claim site-wide traffic totals while that collector is disabled.
Service providers
Capture submissions are currently relayed through FormSubmit to the IAMBANDOBANDZ contact mailbox because the first-party lead API is disabled. The site's event interface can also send events to analytics providers such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or Umami when those services are configured. External music, social, distribution, checkout, and development links are governed by those services' own policies.
How information is used
Submitted contact information may be used for releases, videos, major transmissions, direct communication, bookings, features, press, partnerships, and related IAMBANDOBANDZ/B Heard Network activity. Consent records should be retained with enough provenance to prove the channel, source, text version, and grant or revocation event.
SMS
Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an applicable message to opt out. The current pinned consent text version remains signal-capture-v1; Privacy and Terms links are displayed separately from that consent sentence.
Sale of data
IAMBANDOBANDZ does not intend to sell submitted audience contact data.
